Mario Manningham doesn’t feel the love in New York

Having Hakeem Nicks and the emergence of Victor Cruz, Mario Manningham isn’t feeling the love in New York.

The Super Bowl hero, who made the play of the game with an unbelievable over the shoulder catch, gave his prediction on the Giants retaining him. Manningham gave 75% as a number that represented his odds of leaving the Giants.

While General Manager Jerry Reese refused to slam the door on Manningham, after a big stage performance in the Super Bowl, has his stock sizzling.

Early rumors have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the running for his services; however, the Bengals and Bears also have expressed interest.

Former Giants quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan moved on to Tampa Bay as the offensive coordinator and seems he wants to bring in Manningham to help transition the Bucs to a more explosive offensive team.

Manningham would join Mike Williams, a promising young wide receiver in Tampa and would give QB Josh Freeman a new target to throw to.
