BREAKING NEWS; Minnesota Vikings Quarterback Brett Favre Ended Iron Man Consecutive Games Played Streak; Will Favre Play Against Philadelphia?

Brett Favre will not play against the Minnesota Vikings tonight, due to a sprained SC joint in his right shoulder.
Favre had played in an NFL record 297 consecutive games, dating back to the 1992 season.
Favre incredibly played through a fractured ankle earlier this season.
Oh, and he’s 41 years old.
The Minnesota Vikings play the New York Giants at 7:20 tonight, due to the collapse of the Metrodome roof a couple of days ago.
I predict that Favre has played the last game of his NFL career. I really think that.
He clearly doesn’t enjoy playing this season. The Vikings are not making the playoffs, despite not being officially eliminated yet. And he’s 41 years old, with nothing to look forward to next season.
The Eagles play the Minnesota Vikings on December 26th, in what is now a prime-time game. I expect the Vikings to send out Tarvaris Jackson at quarterback.
Let me just say this: I am not a Brett Favre fan and probably never will be.
